Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions, from order to despatch
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Be involved in full project management including costing and production planning
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance
