REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education in high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in courier services, document handling, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of confidentiality protocols and legal requirements.
- Owns a personal two-wheeled vehicle.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (SIM & STNK).
- Honest, target-oriented, and enjoys fieldwork.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area.
Responsibilities:
- Implement deliver and facilitate the signing of loan contract documents to customers.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of documents throughout the signing process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate document delivery schedules and prioritize urgent requests.
- Maintain accurate records of document transactions, including dates, times, and signatures collected.
