THE OPPORTUNITY

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our team based in Cambridge 7170. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for our customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, and live chat providing support and guidance
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Confirming and managing customer bookings
  • Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
