Description:

SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of building industry and of building products (preferred).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management, administration, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities:

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Liaising with internal and external team members to ensure accurate communication.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls and emails.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.
  • Represent Brickworks as a front-line representative, contributing to business development and growth.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Brickworks products and services.
  • Assist customers with service requests, order management and job scheduling for installations/deliveries.
  • Perform accurate data entry for orders, credits, returns stock and pricing enquiries.
  • Support Sales representatives as needed.
  • Ensure office, work areas and displays are consistently safe, tidy, clean and presentable and assist with reception duties.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with WHS policies, promoting safe practices.
