    The primary objective and responsibility is to provide support, assistance and relocation advice to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress-free relocation.

Responsibilities:

An opportunity now exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our team bas ed in Mount Waverley in a glo bally diverse, challenging and ever-changing environment.
Reporting to the Team Leader World Mobility, you will be responsible for working closely with our Corporate Clients to ensure their successful and seamless relocation, either across the road or across the globe.

Duties will include:

  • Manage client assignments both domestically and internationally (inbound and outbound)
  • Liaise with the client at every step of the relocation process, including the timely management of issues and resolving any queries or concerns that may arise
  • Ensure ongoing clear lines of communication with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide relevant problem solving and appropriate solutions as required.
  • Accurately maintain electronic assignment files and databases ensuring the protection of PII.Completion of financial tasks such as accurate and timely invoicing along with reviewing and approving of third party invoices.
