JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when needed.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain customer records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, updating information as required.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gauge their level of satisfaction with our products and services.
- Provide accurate information to customers about our products, services, policies, and pricing.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and stay updated on product knowledge.
