Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are excited to bring on board a permanent, full time, Customer Service Supervisor to become part of our team in Auckland, New Zealand.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is responsible to co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of the Customer Service Team to ensure that CMA-CGM customers are provided with excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Head of the Customer Care team
Oversee the preparation and issuing of shipping documentation, Bill of Lading, Waybills, import notifications and Freight Invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Liaise with all internal divisions for New Zealand and throughout the CMA-CGM / ANL network as necessary to ensure efficient service is provided and rectify any problems referred by clients
Oversee all Agency CS functions to CMA-CGM / ANL customers and cargo to ensure high standards are maintained and business retained
Investigate and find solutions to issues relating to systems or external procedures/requirements while maintaining a strong customer focus
Be accessible to all customers and internal contacts. Assist and find solutions to anything that may arise
Ensure customers are aware of the Groups Value Added Service such as Insurance and E-commerce options

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / International Business / Management or a related field / Tertiary qualification in Supply chain/ Logistics/International Business Strong administration skills
Excellent computer skills
More than 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
