We are currently seeking a Data Analytics Consulting Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4+ years designing, developing and distributing dashboards using Tableau OR PowerBI.
• 5+ years hands on experience with SQL along with one or more server/database administration tools (Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Google Analytics, etc.)
• 5+ years documenting user requirements in a Fortune 500 setting.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Exercises sound judgment with minimal support from practice executives through structured problem identification, mitigation, and resolution.

• Design, develop, and implement reporting solutions using advanced data visualization tools to meet client requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards tailored to various stakeholders’ needs, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
• Translate and refine customer reporting requests into actionable objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
• Analyze and translate non-technical user requirements into comprehensive written report specifications, guiding the development process effectively.
• Gather and organize feedback from business users and stakeholders to iterate and enhance reporting solutions continuously.
• Utilize expertise in best practices for data visualization and interactive user experience to deliver high-quality, intuitive reporting interfaces.
• Create and validate complex calculations within data visualization tools to support accurate business logic and decision-making processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring clarity and consistency in deliverables.
• Respond promptly to calls, correspondence, and emails within departmental expectations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data visualization tools and methodologies, incorporating best practices into project workflows.
• Serve as an operational data visualization expert for the team and the organization, providing guidance on dashboard development and data interpretation.
• Participate in and lead discussions around reporting requirements, design, infrastructure needs, and project health status with project clients, driving expectations and outcomes effectively.
• Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address a wide range of information technology issues, ensuring robust and innovative solutions.
