YOUR IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Have previous experience using Salesforce, Pardot, Google suite and Power BI
  • Possess data driven marketing knowledge of segmentation, customer journey mapping and performance
  • Demonstrate experience extracting key insights from large volumes of data that inform customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Have had exposure to business database and/or data warehouse environment
  • Have proven knowledge of Sales cycles and business development process

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As our Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will provide data support to the marketing team and be responsible for building, preparing, and mining sources of data to assist with the implementation of marketing automation activities with the key objective being to optimize our direct marketing campaign outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide ongoing data extraction, validation, reporting and analysis of multiple touchpoints delivered via the marketing platform
  • Produce comprehensive deep-dive analyses and identify actionable insights and recommendations that will improve Macquarie Telecoms communications cut-through and ROI
  • Design, build and deploy dashboard-type reporting to meet business needs / requirements, ensuring that business benefits are tracked and realized
  • Provide input into the relevant BI teams for continuous improvement, development and maintenance of the data warehouse and reporting suites
  • Provide ongoing reporting, detailed insights and analysis and recommendations that will improve the campaign performance
