Description:
For our client, multinational leading company, we’re looking for a
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 5 years experience in demand planning, S&OP, logistics, or supply chain management roles, preferably within the automotive or garage equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a team-oriented culture that prioritizes continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in advanced planning systems and a solid understanding of the dynamics of e-commerce.
- Excellent analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and PowerBI.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with JDE, SAP, PowerBI, Cyberplan

Responsibilities:
- S&OP and Sales Integration: Collaborate with the sales team to refine the S&OP processes, ensuring a seamless alignment between sales forecasts, inventory management, and operational planning.
- Customer-Centric Operations: Lead initiatives to optimize delivery times, ensure product availability, and swiftly adapt to market changes with a customer-first approach.
- E-commerce Channel Management: Strategize the integration of e-commerce operations within S&OP framework, catering to the unique demands of online customers for a flawless purchase-to-delivery experience.
- Forecast Accuracy and Product Availability: Employ innovative strategies to enhance forecast accuracy and ensure product availability, aligning our resources with customer demand.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational improvements across all channels to facilitate a seamless customer experience, focusing on e-commerce platform growth.
- Competitive Customer Experience: Deliver a customer experience characterized by superior lead times and OTD, setting a benchmark in the industry.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels in every warehouse in EMEA
