    Job Description
    Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will serve as a thought leader in aligning digital marketing strategy with business goals and objectives.This position is instrumental in keeping Techo-Bloc ahead of the game.
    You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy to successfully deploy all tools to increase customer engagement and drive revenue through paid marketing programs. In addition to this, you will oversee the management of projects, creating digital media and social media strategies and entice its optimization by analyzing data and finding actionable insights. We are looking for a highly analytical professional with a proven track-record of leveraging data and metrics to drive success online and fluent in telling stories about the way our consumers behave online. You need to be a strong leader who can challenge experts and inspire them to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across various online channels including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Architect and implement the data infrastructure to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across various channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels accordingly. Plan, execute, and analyze experiments and conversion tests, optimizing user funnels and driving conversion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), sales, etc. and provide data-driven insights for optimizations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital landscape, and recommend actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Creative, Events, etc. to develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaign spending to maximize ROI and achieve targeted goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, and proactively recommend strategies for continuous improvement and optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on data analytics, strategy development, and campaign optimization.
  • Expertise in utilizing data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track and measure digital marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, present findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, drive results, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
