Responsibilities:
Wesley Mission Queensland is transforming and due to some recent changes in our executive team we are seeking a Director Living Well. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Living Well plays a pivotal role in leading and driving transformative initiatives and strategic objectives within social services programs. This includes support for youth and families, housing and homelessness, disability employment and training, and hardship relief.
As the Director Living Well, you will lead a team of skilled and experienced senior leaders across the directorate. Your responsibility will be to deliver quality and sustainable social service programs and supports, ensuring that individuals and families receive the assistance they need to thrive. Supported by a team of dedicated professionals, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of social services at WMQ, implementing innovative solutions and driving positive outcomes for our communities. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals and families can access the support they deserve.
As a collaborative member of the WMQ Executive Leadership Team, you will work closely with other senior leaders to drive organisational success and foster a culture of excellence. Your expertise and strategic vision will contribute to the overall mission of providing exceptional social services to those in need.
