Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team and take a leadership role in the culinary direction of the New Zealand International Convention Centre and be responsible for the main production kitchen full refurbishment project. You’ll lead our culinary team and drive our dynamic culinary operation across our precinct. Reporting to our General Manager, Hospitality, you’ll have a pivotal role in mentoring and inspiring culinary talent and drive innovation to elevate our dining experiences to new heights, whilst upholding the highest standards.
