EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, MS a strong plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience within a research setting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Excellent problem solving, project planning and time management skills in addition to proven ability to drive process improvement efforts
- Demonstrated change agent with the ability to lead through influence, build alignment and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive open items to effective resolution
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
- Strong people management skills that includes an innate ability to inspire team members and build a team culture that aligns with company values.
- Must have a vested interest in mentoring, training and developing direct reports for future growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong internal and client-facing written and verbal communication skills
- Position requires a strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project, and SharePoint
