We are looking for a senior product marketing leader who is customer-obsessed to lead our Network Growth go-to-market efforts in helping millions of consumers live a better and more honest financial life.
The Network Growth Product Marketing team is responsible for Go-to-market inclusive of merchant segmentation, value proposition design and validation, packaging sales enablement material, scoping addressable market & path to scale, business model design, and partnership across product, revenue and analytics peers to execute.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop a deep knowledge and affinity with our customers, their personas, and sub-segments.
  • Build a vision for customer narratives and value propositions by having a keen understanding of merchant segments and their needs
  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Success to understand and represent the voice of the customer in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies
  • Consult with customers in partnership with Product Management and Sales to explore product and market opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Marketers to build and execute on GTM strategies to drive launch, adoption and continued growth of products, aligned to company and product KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Sales to unify our narrative, amplify our strategy, and build more collaborative and efficient work processes
  • Drive the development, execution, and delivery of thought leadership content for client advisory board events.
  • Empower our Sales teams with playbooks, customer stories, competitive positioning and a strong feedback loop between sales and product
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to improve product rollout processes and better serve our customers.
