Made up of Believeco, our full-service marketing agency, Argyle our public relations and engagement agency and Castlemain, our Indigenous advisory firm. With over 300 people, across seven offices, in 6 provinces and 2 countries, our goal is to be one of North America’s largest and most acclaimed full-service agencies.
It’s an exciting time to join Believeco:Partners. As a result of our continued growth, we are now looking for a Director, Strategic Communications and Engagement who is excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to help clients in different industries/sectors. We work with our clients to advance Indigenous self-determination, close socioeconomic gaps and support community development. Based on our expertise, our services are also sought after by all levels of government.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects or streams of large strategic communications projects for complex client programs involving audience analysis, message development, channel selection, media relations, measurement and evaluation.
  • Lead engagement files involving Indigenous, public and interest holder engagement planning, facilitation and reporting.
  • Manage and build strong client relationships and rapport, being responsive and solutions-oriented.
  • Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams and manage team members to ensure quality assurance and produce project deliverables on time and on budget.
  • Grow new business opportunities, for example by leading the development of proposals and participating in new business pitches.
  • As part of the Western leadership team, provide mentorship, management, and coaching to support the growth of team members.
