Role Summary:
Sales Support does a crucial role in assisting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. Their responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

• Day to day communication with the assigned sales to ensure optimal sales order.
• Monitor and support the order processing, shipments, payments from the respective customers.
• Ensure operations run smooth
• Create some sort of forecast to enable us ahead of the market in terms of sales
• Build up good relationships with customer

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
