Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced Architectural Draftspersons to support our in-house Architectural Design Department.

• Demonstrated experience in architectural drafting using REVIT for Apartments
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and constructions plans/documentation utilising Revit software
• Responsible for Concept plan drafting, Floor plans, elevations and colour schemes drafting, documentation for Council Development Applications & Constructions Certificates
• Update design/drafting as per latest information and requirements
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• You have a strong and creative portfolio that demonstrates your design/drafting and craft experience in architectural projects
• Liaise with construction team, relevant Engineers and Consultants (i.e Civil, Structural, Services, BCA etc.) and ensure a smooth process for construction of House/Townhouses
