Responsibilities:

Superb opportunity to join an award-winning leading law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to the NHS.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development of the firm’s EL/PL Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing EL/PL Team on claims on behalf on NHS Trusts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a defendant personal injury environment. There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated and organised Solicitor with ambition, to provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
The role involves working closely with Partners on high value personal injury claims, both litigated and pre-action, and will include liaising with barristers and experts. The role can include litigating some of the largest personal injury claims in the country, working with leading lawyers, Counsel and experts.
