YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking applications from qualified electrical engineers with a background in NPI construction projects to join our team as an Electrical Project Engineer.
Reporting to the Project Manager, as an Electrical Project Engineer your primary responsibility is to provide high level engineering leadership and project engineering services, enabling the project to be delivered safely, profitably and in accordance with the client’s contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Completion of Equipment and Material Registers
  • Permits coordination
  • As-Built Drawings RLMU
  • ITRs and CCMS coordination
  • Preparing Work Pack documentation, tracking and resolving Technical Queries
  • Preparation of Reports and Schedule Works
  • Providing data in respect to Variation Orders and Site Instructions
  • Observance of safety requirements
  • Interpret designs, diagrams, plans, layouts and schematics
  • Ability to analyse and resolve drawing and technical queries
  • Prepare technical specifications, engineering documents
  • Assist in coordination for testing/commissioning plans
  • Commissioning of equipment
  • Working closely with project management to achieve project deliverables
  • Writing requisitions for the procurement of materials and equipment
  • Assisting with compilation of MDR
