In this role, you will support various employee experience programs across our global organization, guided by an Employee Experience Program Manager. In particular, you will have the opportunity to grow the Impact Together program to ensure volunteer/giving events are successful.
You will help support Genesys’ commitment to increasing our impact and enhancing value for our employees. You should have experience with establishing and defining programs; creating and implementing execution plans; designing reports to communicate the progress and success of a project; and creating social media pages and postings.

A demonstrated passion for this work. You must be flexible and adapt to our ever-changing environment. This role will work across multiple teams within Genesys and requires an elevated level of interpersonal skills and empathy.
Understand our employee engagement, sustainability, and DEI strategies and support programming and execution of those plans. It will be crucial to communicate with and understand different global cultures and create plans that align our strategy while supporting their unique cultural needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Impact Together volunteer initiatives, such as Project Impact, the end-of-year giving campaign, and Genesys’ Global Day of Service;
  • Support Employee Experience team members with local employee engagement campaigns;
  • Execute programs in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Sustainability, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Corporate Events;
  • Maintain subject matter expert status of the volunteer/giving platform and the adoption/use of it by our employees;
  • Execute the tracking and reporting for various Employee Experience program metrics and budgets;
  • Manage the volunteer ambassadors’ network and site champions throughout Genesys;
  • Socialize Employee Experience programs through social media, internal portal posts, employee advocacy and external blog posts in partnership with Marketing;
  • Develop and maintain key nonprofit partnerships with key partners.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience (or relevant degree) developing project plans, combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities;
  • Experience in collaborating; building networks and managing volunteers, or other, teams;
  • Technical savvy to become subject matter expert on volunteer/giving SaaS platform;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to describe data and its insights from these data;
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment with limited oversight;
  • Bring a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges;
  • A demonstrated interest in volunteerism and not-for-profit partnerships is preferred;
  • Expertise in and comfort with technology and productivity tools used by Genesys such as MS office suite.
