THE ORGANISATION
We are currently seeking two Employee Relations Partners for our client, a leading player operating in the technology industry. This role is fully remote and is open to candidates Australia-wide, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly talented and motivated team. This role is a 6-month Contract with prospects of extension.
The successful applicant will work with our client assisting in their HR function, delivering appropriate solutions for employees and leaders. Those with a positive attitude, ability to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, will be best suited to this position.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing complex performance cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in order to listen and clearly articulate a point of view and make recommendations.
- Experience in managing ER practices globally/regionally will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Managing employee termination processes and performance improvement plans
- Advising on a wide range of employee populations, including educating business leaders on appropriate performance management practices and fundamental employment law concepts
- Working with case management systems, applying knowledge of Employee Relations practices, guidelines and regulations on compliance with all employment laws, policies, procedures, and processes across APA
