People & Culture Coordinator| Kew
We have a new and exciting role in our Head Office for a People & Culture (Employee Service Centre) Coordinator. This is a fixed term contract until September 2025.
As People & Culture Coordinator you are responsible for providing P&C services support to employees, line managers and the in-business People & Culture teams, including contract preparation, answering general P&C queries, employee benefits administration, and P&C system support. This is a fantastic first-step into the world of Human Resources and will provide you with a real flavour for how our business fits together and how a well-oiled People and Culture function plays a key supportive role to the broader business!

A day in the life of …

  • Contract management – prepare and distribute new and change of employment contracts for all our Retail and Support Centre employees
  • Facilitate the candidate on-boarding process for new starters
  • Primary source for HRIS and LMS Administration
  • Maintain new starter pack documentation in line with legislation and superannuation requirements
  • Assist new starters with employment queries and troubleshoot employee benefits queries and issues
  • Respond to general People & Culture related enquiries from employees and line managers e.g. employee benefits, pay/payroll, contracts, statutory entitlements
  • Provide assistance to our employee benefit Partner companies

What experience do I have?

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Customer service focus and passion and experience in a customer service or admin support function previously
  • Advanced PC Skills including Excel & Word
  • You can multi-task and maintain poise under pressure – requests for advice or assistance will come from all angles and on each occasion the recipient will expect you to prioritise their request(s)
  • You have extremely high attention to detail - preparing contracts requires high accuracy levels and a tolerance to some repetitive tasks
  • Time management and organisational skills are a must, along with you being able to use initiative and adapt in an ever-changing environment!
