Salary Up to £60,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant (EA) to join our technology team.
This is a great job for someone who is a professional and experienced EA who has gained their experience supporting a high-level executive within a financial services company. This is great opportunity for you to make a positive impact to the team and the company’s commercial targets
A bit about the job:
As the Executive Assistant you will provide accurate and efficient administrative support to senior (up to c-suite) Directors, this includes prioritisation of day-to-day workloads, diary management, arrange travel and expenses.
You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver local communications, events presentations, and board paper content. You will support your aligned Director and their wider team with data analysis and reporting. You will need to be comfortable working independently and autonomously but also as part of a wider Executive Assistant and Operations Manager network.
This role is key to the success of the Director in their role and our wider business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Career EA who has gained their experience through working within Insurance or financial services.
  • 5 plus years previous experience of working as an EA at C-suite level (e.g., CEO, CIO, CFO, etc.)
  • Experience of dealing with a regulated or Senior Management Function (SMF) certified individual
  • Ability to undertaking routine and repetitive activities accurately and within set timescales
  • Discretion in relation to handling confidential information. Proven ability to manage quantitative and varied information and prioritise workflow
