JOB DESCRIPTION

Charterhouse is working with a renowned Investment Firm, who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide professional support to a C-Level Executive and ensure a smooth running of the Office within Dubai.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be a well-presented and professional Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally within a corporate organisation. This is a demanding role and the ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual, who can prioritise their work accordingly.
Our client is looking for someone highly motivated and results driven, with excellent organisational skills, who is a strong team player with the ability to work well on own within a fast-paced environment. It is essential for this role to have a proven track record providing high-level service with exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal with 100% proficiency.

Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant will provide high quality administrative support to a C-Level Executive whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities will include extensive diary management for very busy diaries, complex international travel arrangements across different time zones and itinerary management.
Additionally, this role will also review and prepare correspondence including Emails, PowerPoint Presentations and Reports. As a trusted employee working closely with Senior Management, this role will handle confidential information and must have a proven track record as a loyal employee.
In conjunction, this role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and smooth running of the office, handling facilities and supplies management. This is an exciting opportunity to take on further duties such as organising internal events, assist in budgeting and supporting other departments such as HR and IT. The candidate will also support other administrative staff and must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
