Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chairman Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive Chairman. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and fluency in Hindi/Urdu. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Hindi/Urdu with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem solver, with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive Chairman, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Executive Chairman, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials as needed, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by the Executive Chairman.
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Executive Chairman and proactively address issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or executives as needed.
