QinetiQ’s Test & Evaluation Sovereign Skills Program is a once-in-a-lifetime career development opportunity for new and existing QinetiQ employees in Australia. The program aims to enhance sovereign Test & Evaluation capabilities in Australia to support our global defence and security customers with increasingly complex T&E projects.
As part of this bespoke career development journey, you will take part in a combination of online development, mentoring and coaching as appropriate for the role. Additionally, you may be required to take part in overseas on-the-job learning with our specialist team. This component will be held in live test and evaluation environments at QinetiQ’s world-class Air, Land and Maritime T&E Capabilities.

Who we are looking for?
Applicants will need to come from a Defence background and have a current NV1 Australian Government Clearance
You will have a desire to grow, an aptitude to learn and a passion for development?
You will have experience working in partnership with customers, delivering complex programs and working in safety critical environments?
