Are you a passionate legal professional looking to make a difference in the lives of families in need? Our Client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior to Intermediate Family Lawyer to join their team on the Gold Coast.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree in law and admission to the Queensland Law Society
• 1-3 years of experience in family law, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High ethical standards and a commitment to client confidentiality

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlement, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in court proceedings
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering empathetic support during challenging times
