As a Field Sales Representative, we are looking for confident, outgoing individuals to join our team and represent some of the UKs leading brands. You will be working in the events division alongside our rapidly growing events teams. As we represent some of the UKs most-respected brands who have substantial market awareness within the marketplace, it will ensure you feel confident in representing your assigned organisation each and every time.
You will be on the front line presenting to customers representing our clients with 5-star customer service skills/sales skills
£26k - £44k Basic Salary + Commission a year. You will be on the front line presenting to customers representing our clients with 5-star customer service skills/sales skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 months experience in sales/hospitality/retail.
  • You must be easy to talk to and approachable.
  • You must be confident and not shy to try new things
  • The right individual must have passion, professionalism and pride in their work
  • Be ambitious with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage with the public in various settings to promote our partner charities and brands, driving awareness and supportas part of our rapidly growing Door-to-Door teams.
  • Implement strategic sales techniques to meet and exceed personal and team goals.
  • Maintain a positive image of the brand you’re representing, ensuring all interactions are professional and engaging.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing impact.
