Company Background: A prominent player in the commercial beverage and packaging solutions sector is currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. This role provides the chance to engage with state-of-the-art technology in the beverage and packaging industry, guaranteeing peak performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of engineering projects for beverage production equipment installation, focusing on collaboration with Mechanical Engineers
- Provide technical assistance throughout the sales process, leveraging expertise to help tailor solutions that meet client requirements under the guidance of Mechanical Engineers.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of equipment, working under the supervision of Mechanical Engineers to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Offer support in troubleshooting and technical issues, including post-installation follow-ups, to facilitate effective operation and maintenance of equipment as instructed by Mechanical Engineers.
- Assist in conducting client training sessions on equipment operation and maintenance, ensuring clients are well-informed of the technical aspects under the oversight of engineering staff.
- Support the engineering team in staying updated on industry trends and advancements in portfolio brands to aid in strategic planning and development.
- Contribute to quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts, focusing on the technical specifications and standards as per engineering guidelines.
- Help maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to support service delivery and enhance client satisfaction through technical support and communication.
- Assist in managing the machine parts stock system, including organizing dispatch and receiving of parts.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure efficient inventory management and timely availability of parts for installation and maintenance purposes.
