DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Chef who is flexible and has a sound understanding of Food Safety and IDDSI Standards to help support out Aged Care, Hospital, and Education Sites.

THE ROLE:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and organised Floater Chef.

If Travelling over 3 hrs, petrol is paid and accommodation is included.
Roster: Available 7 days a week for a variety of Shifts.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:

Food preparation/ Bulk Cooking

Working independently/Texture modified food

• Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

Cooking a variety of nutritious home style & gourmet meals

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate operations
