• Greeting Customers and checking out customer purchases in a friendly & efficient manner.
• Familiarization and knowledge of the entire store layout to assist customers efficiently.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Professionally answering the incoming telephone calls and using the store intercom to direct calls
• Occasional light stocking and cleaning, maintaining a great first impression for customer.
• Applicants must have a basic knowledge of computers (to operate a cash register).
• Basic math skills and ability to count change and complete transactions.
• Stamina to stand for 8 hours or more hours at a time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
