Responsibilities:

Secretarial

  • Cover a permanent and professional reception presence
  • Act as point of contact for all company departments and contractors, maintain and regularly process – email, mail, telephone, and helpdesk tasks.
  • Coordinating company travel arrangements

Administrative

  • Smooth out problems within the workplace and develop strategies for better workplace efficiency.
  • Help with Event setups, organization of meetings, venue and welfare
  • Support and assist the Location Manager with administration requirements

Facility Management

  • Ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained, conducting proactive maintenance and inventory.
  • Represent FM for ISMS for Fire protection & safety topics.
