You will be joining a fitness industry leader in Perth. Providing you the chance to personally shape and develop the legal function according to your own vision.
Responsibilities:
Providing strategic legal advice proactively and re-actively to internal stakeholders on a wide variety of legal matters, including leasing, property, construction, employment, corporate and regulatory compliance.
Liaising with external legal consultants on legal matters and issues.
Drafting, negotiating and monitoring a range of commercial contracts.
