Description:
General Manager is expected to oversee the operational elements of the warehouse and distribution operation through the effective and pro-active management of all associated resources in Somalia.
- Significant experience in a senior management role
- Direct dealings with the customer
- General Management experience in FMCG/Distribution
- Delivery of financial targets over a year
- In addition, you must have the following:
- Exceptional drive and energy
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels, including strong persuasive and influencing ability
- Presentation skills
- Commercial acumen, with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to manage and drive change – good PR skills
- Vision – able to balance daily operations with long term strategy
- Computer literacy
