Do you want to be part of the AI Boom?
We’re looking for an experienced International Tax Manager (with an indirect tax bias) to own and develop the global tax function of a key Gen AI player.

In this newly created role you’ll be responsible for building this company’s global tax function from scratch.
Greenfield roles like these are incredibly rewarding but they need a certain type of person who doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves and establishing processes.
It’s a broad ranging opportunity that’ll require you to maintain full compliance with US, EU and UK tax laws, whilst minimising the company’s liabilities.
Ideally you’ll have a strong US and EU indirect tax background already (perhaps you’re an indirect tax specialist?) but you’re also capable of overseeing direct taxes.
Don’t worry too much if you’re not as competent in direct taxes as you’ll be able to tap into external consultants, but it’s important that you have some working experience of corporate tax and ideally transfer pricing.
In such a cross-functional role, strong business partnering experience is crucial. And you’ll need to be technically solid so that you can represent tax across the business in the strongest sense.
