Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management or equivalent, with Food Hygiene Officer certification.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including 8 years in management, proficiency in local and Western cuisine, banquet cooking, and deep knowledge of the food industry and trends.
- Strong budgeting skills, passion for food, ability to create new menu items, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or public holidays. (More to discuss during screening)
