What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor will provide support to the organization on a broad variety of HR activities, which may include talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, labour/employee relations, total rewards and the support of benefits and Team Member information.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Talent Acquisition process including career vacancy postings, conducting interviews, reference checks, attending Career/Job Fairs.
- Coaching Team Leaders on Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and support for Team Leaders on Talent Management practices, including assisting in components of the Onboarding process.
- Compile, verify and prepare reports and statistics for HR, Team Leaders, and the organization.
