Job Summary
To assist and support the HR Manager in a business partner role in all areas related, but not limited to, payroll, recruitment, performance management, training & compensation & benefits.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective work relationships with the business and management teams, whilst coordinating all HR activities for the Group
  • Partner with the recruitment team by providing all information required for sourcing candidates for the business. Following up for the recruitment of candidates within the area of responsibility, with a particular focus upon the Emiratization Nationalisation program
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in the investigation of all employee relations issues
  • Coordinate the Annual Performance Appraisal process for non-managerial staff
  • Assist in the annual Salary & Bonus review process
  • Ensure Job Descriptions across the organization accurately reflect all business roles
  • Support in projects such as job leveling, salary structure, etc.
  • General administration and record keeping in accordance with audit guidelines
  • Maximize the acquisition of high caliber talent, whilst observing the requirements of the Nationalization programs.

Candidate Requirements

Skills, knowledge & experience required

  • Previous experience and understanding in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, Salary Structures
  • Bilingual
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Office
  • Should possess effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Should be articulate and influential, with the ability to build close working relationships within a team environment
  • Multi-cultural exposure within a diverse Organization
  • Drive for result, creativity (outside-the-box thinking) and assertive
