DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Understanding of Washington and Oregon employment laws.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong business acumen in staffing, workforce planning, and compensation.
  • Collaborative experience with various levels of management; leadership experience is a plus.
  • High discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
