DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Understanding of Washington and Oregon employment laws.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Strong business acumen in staffing, workforce planning, and compensation.
- Collaborative experience with various levels of management; leadership experience is a plus.
- High discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
