We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic minded individual to join our HR team as HR People Analytics Specialist.
You are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our workforce to support informed decision-making and enhance our HR strategic plans, improve employee experience, and optimize workforce planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Business, People or Rewards Analyst, or a related field
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Experience working with HRIS tool; familiarity with SAP or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in quantitative modelling and capable in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and consolidate HR data from various source and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that provide insights into workforce dynamics, performance trends, survey results and engagement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support initiatives.
- Analyze and provide insights to the business through BI, Tableau and analytic tools.
- Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modelling to forecast future workforce trends and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains based on data analysis.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR analytics capabilities within the organization.
- Collaborate with HR professionals, Data, and IT teams to ensure data quality and availability, supporting ongoing projects and initiatives.
