We are looking for an HR Projects Manager who will be supporting and executing strategic HR projects across the region, by collaborating with various stakeholders, including local HR teams, senior management, and external vendors, to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.

• Supporting and executing large-scale HR projects across MEA region, including project planning, stakeholder management, communication, timeline management to ensure project goals are met.
• Creating comprehensive project plans that effectively address the business needs, align with HR strategies, and provide exceptional HR services.
• Utilise data analysis to identify HR-related issues within projects, risks and develop and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate them effectively.
• Effectively interact with senior management and local HR teams to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and align project objectives with business goals.
• Contribute valuable insights and input to strategic and policy decisions, drawing from the project management experience to inform high-level decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
