Description:

PharmaCord is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter who has a proven record for attracting and hiring high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. A TYPICAL DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE RECRUITER WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment efforts including but not limited to: sourcing, interviewing, advertising, scheduling, candidate assessment, and onboarding and additional follow-up after hire.
  • Supporting recruiting activities such as posting jobs, researching and creating job descriptions, offer letter generation, administering assessments, etc.
  • Responsible for high volume hourly recruiting. Depending on new business and turnover, new hires could be 200+ a year. This position will source, screen, coordinate and hire for all of these positions including management level positions.
  • Responsible for developing a pool of hourly candidates to hire from when needs/positions become available. Responsible for maintaining candidate database, and applicant files for future reference.
  • Will support on-going creative and cost-effective recruiting methods to attract and retain the best candidates. Responsible for all ad placements. Responsible for maintaining cost-effective recruiting programs and will partner with the HR Manager to track and analyze recruiting cost.
  • Responsible for analyzing and meeting recruiting objectives to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Responsible for on-going communication to hiring managers and management regarding the status of open positions.
  • Responsible for communicating issues or potential issues that affect recruiting (i.e., unusual number of candidates declining positions due to salary, hours, schedules).
  • Manage personnel changes within our HR system and ATS recruiting system.
  • Work with managers on organization changes such as promotions, pay increases, location and team changes, etc.
  • Will serve as a brand ambassador for PharmaCord by attending events and getting the word out about our various openings.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Serve as a resource to managers and employees across the company.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in recruiting is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline strongly preferred
  • Experience with high volume recruiting is strongly preferred
  • Experience with ATS systems is strongly preferred
  • Must be well-versed in current labor laws to ensure compliance during entire recruitment process
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • We are located in Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this area; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $655.20 per year)
