QUALIFICHE RICHIESTE, SKILLS E COMPETENZE

• Preparing pitch materials as well as market and economic updates as part of the ECM origination across all industry sectors and geographies
• Creating and interpreting ECM financial models
• Experience in ECM transactions with senior and active roles
• Experience in dealing on daily basis with clients both during live deals and origination phase
• Experience in managing junior staff and look after multiple project simultaneously
• Experience in working with ECM syndicate, research and trading to deliver capital markets advice to corporate clients
• Working as part of a multiple deal team for equity capital markets transactions with increasing levels of leadership roles
