Job Purpose and Impact
You will be a part of the technical team in maintenance. All technical processes, maintenance measures, downtimes and troubleshooting are planned, controlled and implemented within this department. This function reports to the Maintenance Manager and, after consultation, also takes over during holidays and might be on on-call duties.
You are responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of any maintenance measures. This means, among other things, eliminating structural problems and driving improvements in the areas of instrumentation, automation, control and electrical engineering. You ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively in accordance with applicable safety regulations. You drive new processes and define generally applicable standards together with the team. In doing so, you adhere to the relevant rules and standards for food, occupational and environmental safety.
During audits and global visits, you will be the technical contact for your area and ensure that all necessary documentation and requirements are available within your team. Qualifications
Industrial master /Bachelor /Master in electrical engineering/automation/mechatronics/instrumentation or equivilent Practical experience in a technical environment Specialist knowledge of automation systems is desirable, such as Step 7, TIA Portal, WinCC etc. Experience implementing new processes and tools in a technical environment Ability to deal with various technical processes and problems A talent for organization and coordination hands-on mentality Experience in 5S, Kaizen or Lean Management is an advantage Fluent German and English skills
