  Job Description
  The intern’s role would be to support the e-commerce team by writing product descriptions for current/upcoming merchandise on the website. She/He would also work closely with the content specialist in translating copy for newsletters. Assist in opening tasks in our project management tool.

Key Tasks

• Create product descriptions in both English & French for current and/or new merchandise on the website;
• Create and/or translate newsletter content for upcoming newsletters;
• Collaborate with the ecommerce team performing quality assurance on newsletters tests and website launches;
• Create all upcoming email tasks on the project management tool (Asana) ;
• Create SEO content for the website based on recommendations from the SEO team.

Requirements

• College or university degree in marketing, communications, or ecommerce experience;
• Fluent writing and speaking in both English and French (The candidate will have to create content for the Canadian market);
• Ability to write compelling marketing content;
• Basic knowledge of SEO;
• Ability to work in a fast past environment ;
• Attention to detail oriented;
• Experience in e-commerce/retail environment (An asset) ;
• Knowledge of Asana ( An asset).
