WANTED PROFILE

For this position, we are looking for a person with a strong ability in working in a group and innovation spirit. You have proven experience as a Business Analyst, and a good understanding and knowledge of the IT Delivery environment.
You have a strong experience in understanding stakeholders needs and you can translate them into comprehensive requirement for the team. You are willing in having an impact and in supporting business needs. You are comfortable in working in an Agile environment.
Data, quality & reporting appetence is a nice to have as you will have to support projects in these fields
You are able to work on couple of projects simultaneously and are able to work according to prioritization.

ROLE MISSION & CONTEXT

As Senior Business Analyst, you will interact with various stakeholders such as Solution leads, Architects, Business process Developers, capability leads and global teams to ensure that business reporting needs are fulfilled – based on ITSM and Foundation data.
You will be part of IT Performance Management Team. This organization is gathering professionals in performance analytics using platforms such as Power Bi or ServiceNow and expertise in architecture who are defining and supporting a healthy and sustainable development of our IT ecosystem.
Your main missions within this team will be to support the success of the digital transformation projects, services, and products. For this position we put as well high focus on interpersonal skills and attitude. You are passionate about people, customer value and business analysis.

Below an extensive, but not conclusive summary of key responsibilities in scope:

• Advisory and support to stakeholders to gather and identify their needs and problems and what solution would best address them.
• Translate the needs into comprehensive stories (tools such as ServiceNow or Azure Devops)
• Assist stakeholders build a roadmap of the digital transformation projects, implement valuable pieces of work in a logical sequence, and ensure that they can get value at each implementation.
• Work closely with Agile team: Product Owners and other SMEs like Architects, Data Analysts to understand expectations and work towards making the transformations as seamless as possible for the business.
• An experienced Business Analyst helps in excellent sprint execution and perfect collaboration between the numerous stakeholders and the Agile team and can work on different projects simultaneously, through prioritization
• Guardian of the value proposition in every aspect of the Agile delivery process.
• Maintain an efficient relationship with all stakeholders of digital projects and products.
• Promote the use of digital enablers and strategic partnerships to maximize value creation
