We are looking for a Project Manager to join our committed Business Change Team at our Oakwood, Annesley site (NG15 0DR)
Reporting to the PMO Manager, the role holder will be responsible for delivering new business implementations, within agreed timescales and budgets, ensuring smooth and successful implementation and start-up.
The role holder will work with a range of business functions as required, including operations, IT, HR and HS&E, orchestrating activities to deliver the necessary scope, whilst managing risks and issues. The project manager may also be asked to manage other projects in the portfolio, such as business improvement projects or facility upgrades.
The role will offer a salary range of £50k - £55K per annum (depending on experience), car allowance of £6K per annum as well as the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days per week (subject to business requirements).
Working time is 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work anywhere between 8:00 and 18:00 each day (for a total of 8 hours per day)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. At least A-levels or applicable experience required. Project Management and/or Change Management qualification desirable
2. Project management and change management experience, with a track record of successful project delivery, including implementation of new business and/or start up new operations
3. Experience of working across functions, cultures and geographies, with of successfully leading challenging projects
4. A good degree of organisational, communication and administrative skills, with a strong delivery focus
5. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
6. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
7. Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers from varied backgrounds and cultures
8. Flexible and proactive approach with strong customer focus mindset
9. Ability to motivate self and others, working alongside operational teams to meet challenging deadlines
10. PC literate – proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook and MS Teams.
11. Good presentation skills – able to create professional and effective slide decks to support scope development, project meetings and status reporting, etc
12. Note - travel to different locations around the UK will be required as dictated by specific projects
