MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting Apple devices.
  • Intermediate knowledge of IT corporate environments and ITSM.
  • Intermediate experience with Okta or other identity management platforms. (i.e. Understanding user and group structure, application assignment, IAM concepts, and management).
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge and experience administering one of the following: Google Workspace, Slack, Apple MDM, and other modern technologies.
  • Strong written and oral skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
