Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IT process expert for performance management within our international team, bringing a high level of motivation and engagement to the table.
- Act as a vital consulting interface between the IT and HR departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of business objectives.
- Coordinate support activities directly with vendors, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Drive the development and implementation of concepts and changes in HR solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Possess comprehensive end-to-end solution knowledge pertaining to HR provisioning of IT solutions, services, and products.
- Demonstrate basic project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with regional solutions teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Configure HR IT systems based on projects, change requests, or critical incidents, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
